My fees are simple and transparent, as they should be. No hidden fees or complex invoicing. You'll know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting.

Memberships are Annual - you choose your payment plan either Monthly or Yearly

**Note - there is $100 ONE TIME joining Membership fee (waived with Yearly payment option!)

Age 26 to 64 years$135/month
Age Over 65 years$150/month
Couple/Partner/Roomate over 25 years$250/month
Families up to 4 $400/month

EKG, other in-office testing like Strep test, Covid test, flu test, urinalysis, etcFREE
Starting January 1 2026, DPC Membership Fees up to $150/month for individuals or $300/month for families can be paid with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) funds. Additionally, if your employer offers a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), you may be able to use those funds to cover your membership fees!
