Dr Fredrick (AKA "Dr. Becca" as she is known around town), is an Ohio native growing up in Seven Hills, then moved to Rocky River in 2003 when her Med School Lottery sent her for 3rd year Medical Student Rotations at Saint John Westshore Hospital (Now Saint John Medical Center) in Westlake, Ohio.
Dr Fredrick has Lived in Rocky River for 23 years and has been serving the community of Rocky River as a physician since 2015 - she has always dreamed of being a community based doctor taking care of her friends and neighbors.
Dr Becca chose to become a DO because of the Osteopathic Philosophy - Treating the Whole Person not just the disease. She entered Medical School in 2001 and Graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005.
Dr Becca's undergraduate Degree in Religious Studies from Hiram College (Graduated in 2001) has always helped to guide her broader view of the world and the diversity of the people in it.
Dr. Becca has also taken time to pursue her passion in Yoga and in 2018 graduated from "Be the Love" Yoga Teacher Training and is a 200 hour RYT. You can currently find her teaching at Cultivate Yoga in both Lakewood and Avon! In her spare time she is working on her 500hour YTT titled "Yoga Medicine".
In her free time Dr. Becca loves to workout at Orangetheory (Rocky River studio is her home studio!), Hike in the Metroparks, Go Fishing, and of course, Practice Yoga.
You will often see her at various events Rocky River High School - either cheering on the team at Friday night Football, watching the Marching Band, Poms, Bands or Choirs perform, Yelling from the sidelines at a Girls Soccer game, or cheering on the Swim Team at a home meet! Go Pirates!
